Avocado Toast has become a staple in the hearts of many millennials, I would even go as far as to say some student debt has been paid back a little slower because of the amount of Avocado being bought.
For good reason, this super simple recipe has taken on a life of its own. With 100's of different variations, all being delicious, you could eat Avocado toast for every meal for a few years!
For the above reason, I am going to share 3 recipes of avocado toast, one for each meal of the day.
Breakfast
Sunrise Avocado Toast
What you need:
- 1/2 avocado - mashed
- 1 slice of bread (Recommend an ancient grain style)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt and Pepper
- Paprika
- Optional - Clinatro
- First, off get the pan hot and ready with a tsp of olive oil.
- Next, crack that egg into the pan and fry.
- While this is happening to toss the bread into the toaster.
- Next step is to get the avocado in a bowl, add salt, pepper, and paprika to taste. Get back to the pan and flip the egg.
- Your toast should be done by now, spread the mashed avocado on the toast top with your fried egg, sprinkle with cilantro if you'd like and Enjoy! 🥑
