Avocado Toast

 Avocado Toast has become a staple in the hearts of many millennials, I would even go as far as to say some student debt has been paid back a little slower because of the amount of Avocado being bought.  

For good reason, this super simple recipe has taken on a life of its own. With 100's of different variations, all being delicious, you could eat Avocado toast for every meal for a few years!

For the above reason, I am going to share 3 recipes of avocado toast, one for each meal of the day.

 

 

Breakfast 

Sunrise Avocado Toast

What you need: 

  • 1/2 avocado - mashed
  • 1 slice of bread (Recommend an ancient grain style) 
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Paprika 
  • Optional - Clinatro 

 

  1. First, off get the pan hot and ready with a tsp of olive oil.
  2. Next, crack that egg into the pan and fry.
  3. While this is happening to toss the bread into the toaster.
  4. Next step is to get the avocado in a bowl, add salt, pepper, and paprika to taste.  Get back to the pan and flip the egg.
  5. Your toast should be done by now, spread the mashed avocado on the toast top with your fried egg, sprinkle with cilantro if you'd like and Enjoy! 🥑
